F.A.Q.

           Q. How long will it take to get my final design?

           A. This depends on how many designs we are working on, and of course, depends on good communication! We can work very quickly if necessary.
               Design time also depends on how many designs are in the queue, and the time it takes to complete a particular design.

           Q. How long does it take to mint a coin?

           A. Turn around from final art to coin-in-hand is usually about one month. The time it takes to get the coins blueprint correct is usually what adds the
               most time. If samples are requested this can add up to two weeks to production time as well.

           Q. Can I revise a design?

           A. Minor revisions are always welcome. As we work in layers, its usually not an issue to make changes in layout, colors, fonts, etc...  If we have
               designed a coin to your exact specifications, and you change your mind entirely, there may be some additional charges!

           Q. Do I pay before, or after the design is complete?

           A. If its your first time having us design a coin, we ask that you pay prior to beginning design. If you are designing more than one coin, we ask that
               you pay for the first coin only your first time. (The other coin designs can be paid for after design is complete.) Returning customers can pay after
               design completion. We are also very happy to provide references.

           Q. How do you provide the final art?

           A. We can send a smaller version to you, and the larger version to your mint for your convenience. We also would be happy to send a final large image
               to you if you would prefer.  Basically, however you request it, we can send it!

           Q. What if I need a revision after I approve final art?

           A. No problem! As long as its a minor revision, and not an entire redesign we wouldn't charge for that! We can help out all the way through the blueprint
               stages. Send us the blueprint, and we would be happy to go over it, and mention any issues/changes with you and the mint directly.

           Q. What if I have no idea of what I want?

           A. We will talk about all possible ideas, and then discuss what the final design should be. Once elements are decided on, we will work closely to achieve
               a final design.

           Q. Does my design include the icons?

           A. Of course! We will provide an icon of your idea, or will create one for you to suit your coin design.
 

           Q. Just because you design the coin, does this mean I have to use GeocoinDesign.com for minting?

           A. No. We send you your art so you can get quotes from whichever vendor you choose. We also work closely with most
               vendors to make sure your design turns out as intended. We do recommend and can provide a quote if you wish. Most people who have gone
               through us for a quote have come to us for minting services.
